The questions that come up once you’ve picked a plan.
Who charges my card?
Link, Stripe’s reseller, is the merchant of record. It works out the tax, handles payment questions and sends your receipts and invoices.
What happens when I switch plans?
A higher plan, or yearly instead of monthly, starts at once. A lower plan, or monthly instead of yearly, starts at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
When does cancelling take effect?
At the end of the period you’ve paid for. Until then, everything on your plan keeps working; after that, the account moves to Free.
What if a payment fails?
You get a 14-day grace period to sort it out, and everything keeps working meanwhile.
Does moving to a smaller plan delete anything?
Never. Boards over the new limit are archived and stay readable; the most recently active ones stay open. Extra moderator seats are suspended and come back when you upgrade. Export and billing stay available.
Can I have more than one free account?
One free account per person. If you need more boards, that’s what Plus and Pro are for.
